No. AI is not a verb. You cannot just “AI” a business and hope it works. First, you need clarity. What do you do? Who do you help? What makes your voice different? Then comes the real move: encode yourself. Encode how you think. Encode how you speak. Encode what you believe. When everyone gets access to the same tools, the advantage goes to the people who know how to encode their own voice and direct the machine with signal instead of noise.

The best AI is the one you feel good using. The best tool is not the one making the most noise. It is the one that fits your workflow, makes sense to you, and helps you get real work done. More tools do not always mean more power. More complexity does not always mean better results. The deeper advantage often comes from knowing what matters, cutting what does not, and working with what is clear. Simplicity.
The best tool is the one you actually use.
That depends on how people use it. If people use AI to stop thinking, they get weaker. If they use AI to extend their thinking, they get stronger. AI is the modern-day printing press. It gives more people the power to create, publish, shape ideas, and move faster with words. But when everyone gets a personal printing press, sameness can scale too. The real advantage goes to the people who bring judgment, pattern recognition, skill, and voice into the process. AI plus your intelligence does not erase what makes you human. Used well, it amplifies it.
AI should extend intelligence, not replace it.
